Quick Update

We've had a lot of "regular life" things going on lately, but why not post about them right? So here's a quick update for everyone:

As of June 1st, I only work two days a week so I'm spending a lot more time at home with the babies. I LOVE IT!!! I need some ideas for fun and productive activities though, so please share! Summer will be long without them...who am I kidding? My kids aren't in school so my LIFE will be long without them! :) Here is Elly telling me "Look Mommy, we playing agether!" which is a great sight when you consider the all-too-frequent alternative!
There are two guilty parties in this photo, but the moment I caught them Elly shouted "Owen did it!" And so it begins that everything will be blamed on the little brother.
Elly had an allergic reaction to penecillin last week! It was pretty scary and scary looking! It was like chicken pox ALL OVER HER BODY! She was such a trooper about it though and the urgent care center gave us a steroid that cleared it right up! Thank goodness there are alternative medicines to penecillin nowadays. We'll have to be careful!
And, yes, those are BIG GIRL PRINCESS UNDERWEAR! Elly's biggest news lately is that she is the champion potty trainer! We started last Thursday and she has really surprised me by being so great at it. She's making it through naps and is great about telling me, or running to the bathroom "all by myself!" She tells me "you stand out there and I go all myself!" Then she yells "I did it!" We are so proud.
These $1 buckets from Micheal's brought us hours of fun this morning! Owen looked like this almost the entire time. They were so cute I had to get snapping! Now I just need to get photo shop working! I am loving being an almost "SAHM".

You get my Macaroni Kid newsletter with all the fun things to do around town, right?!

Other than - we should make a goal to meet up sometime! The splash pads are really fun and easy to do with little ones.

How nice to cut back on work! What are you doing for work anyway?
